We associated very closely with Mr.Cherian Kuruvila for a period of 9 months to help us streamline our approach to our business strategy and growth. We are company of about two decades old in business of chemical trading and Indenting and BPO. During the last five years our business has spread across India and also at Dubai. When we were South based company, it was easy to control business as man power and volumes were less. After the expansion into new geographies, it was necessary to put our systems and processes in place for better understanding with our employees, Principals and customers. Given his vast experience in the Industry, he was able to suggest us the organizational structure, processes, Management dashboard review systems and a structured approach to our Business Planning for this year for each product and geography etc. especially for our marketing team. By doing this and involving the team members also every employee is able to understand his responsibilities and take accountability of his targets. I am happy to state that we know what we are doing and have a total control over the business and can easily handle the growth and volumes. For the year 2013-14 we are expecting a growth of 100% in our business.
In as far as HR department is concerned, Job description, flow charts, new polices, performance incentive structure and recruitment were completed. From this year we are moving into quarterly appraisal and competency based mapping and KRAs is being finalized for all employees along with an updated version of the HR Policy Employee handbook. I am confident this system will strengthen our foundation. From next month we are starting the leadership coaching for some of our leaders to help them adapt and equip them with better situational leadership skills for the changed scenario.
